Pre-Sale Terms & Conditions

These Pre-Sale Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases of products offered by [Your Store Name] on a pre-sale basis through our website. By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our standard Terms and Conditions.

1. Pre-Sale Overview

Pre-sale items are products that are not yet available for immediate shipment. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item in advance of its official release or availability.

2. Estimated Shipping Date

The emergency contact stickers, child safety bracelet, and child pin are expected to ship at the end of September 2025. The dog collars are expected to ship at the end of October 2025. These estimated dates are subject to change based on production schedules, supplier timelines, and logistics factors. In the event of any material delay, customers will be notified via email. While we feel quite confident in our estimated shipment deliveries, if there's a drastic change, you are eligible for a full refund, including all payment processing fees.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order. This payment guarantees your reservation of the product and secures your place in the fulfillment queue.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Cancellations requested prior to shipping will be refunded minus any non-refundable transaction fees incurred by us (including but not limited to Shopify payment processing fees).

  • Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.

5. No Immediate Delivery

Pre-sale products are not available for immediate shipment. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the waiting period until the product is ready for dispatch.

6. Agreement Confirmation

As part of the checkout process, you will be required to confirm agreement with these Pre-Sale Terms by checking a box. Orders cannot be submitted without this confirmation.
